本文将教师阻抗定义为由于自身或外界因素导致教师对现有体育教学改革表现出的不满、反对、甚至抵制心理和行为。研究以教师阻抗为问题切入点,重点探究教师阻抗的内在原因。具体分析内容包括:现有体育教学改革实施现状、体育教师态度真相、冷落改革,阻抗缘由,并结合阻抗缘由提供相关消解建议。本研究主要以现象学研究方法作为方法论基础,由悬置与还原、体验与描述、反思与归纳、本质的呈现作为重点环节,参照Pollio的现象学研究方法流程,采用深度访谈,访谈对象20人,每轮访谈结束后及时将访谈录音转录为文本形式,访谈文本132571字。对访谈文本采取归纳与演绎相结合的形式,精简提炼并进行具体论证分析。结论:(1)高职院校体育改革情况并不理想,阻抗现象真实存在;(2)体育教师内心支持改革,主观排斥现象罕见,阻抗现象另有他因;(3)体育教师阻抗主要由于教师对公共体育课程教学指导纲要无从下手,各校围绕体育教学改革中需要变更新的大纲、教学方法、评价方式等工作茫然无措所导致。以此建议多安排一线教师参加培训学习;制定更为客观、易操作的教学方法和评价方式应用于高职院校体育教学一线;增大资金及人力投入;提高教师文化自信等方面,消除改革中出现的部分教师阻抗,也为高职体育改革提出一些思路。 相似文献

研究旨在探讨一次不同抗阻训练方案对外周血CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群迁移和凋亡的影响。通过实验法15名无训练经历的健康青年男性分别进行一次以促进肌肉肥大(H-RT组,方案:70%1RM,10RM,3组,组间间歇1.5 min)和以改善肌肉耐力(E-RT组,方案:60%1RM,15RM,3组,组间间歇1 min)为目的的抗阻训练方案。并于训练前、训练后即刻、训练后2 h和24 h利用流式细胞仪测定表面标志物CX3CR1和annexin V表达量检测CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群迁移和凋亡(用阳性表达率表示)。得出以下数据:(1)CD4+T细胞在H-RT组运动后即刻和运动后24 h,annexin V和CX3CR1阳性表达率显著性升高(P<0.05)。E-RT组annexin V阳性表达率在运动后即刻降低(P<0.05),24 h显著性升高(P<0.05);CX3CR1阳性表达率仅在运动后即刻升高(P<0.05)。(2)CD8+T细胞在H-RT组和E-RT组运动后即刻和运动后24 h,annexin V和CX3CR1阳性表达率均显著性升高(P<0.05)。通过对以上数据的分析,研究得出以下结论:CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群对于急性抗阻训练的免疫反应存在运动方案依赖性。 相似文献

AIM To filtrate breast cancer resistance protein(BCRP)-mediated resistance agents and investigate the mechanism,so as to provide valuable datum for optimization clinical chemotherapy scheme to tumor with evaluation marker of BCRP expression. METHODS MTT assay was used to filtrate BCRP-mediated resistance agents with PA317/Tet-on/TRE-BCRP cell of different expression levels of BCRP after treated with different concentration anticancer agents. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to measure relative dose of intracellular retention resistance agents. Nuclear DNA fluorescence dye,Hochest 33258, staining and flow cytometry were adopted to detect apoptotic cells after treated with drugs. RESULTS There were shown increasing durg-resistance to 5-fluorouracil,methotrexate, doxirubicin, pirarubicin,etoposide and mitoxantrone followed with increasing expression of BCRP on PA317/Tet-on/TRE-BCRP cells(P<0.05, n=3),but shown sensitive to paclitaxel, cisplatin, vincristine, mitomycin and vindesine. There also was shown significant negative correlation between the intracellular retention dose of 5-fluorouracil with different expression of BCRP(r=-0.885, P<0.05, n=3).There were shown parallel results of that decreasing cellular apoptotic rate with increasing cellular expression of BCRP after treated with 5-fluorouracil by fluorescence dye staining and flow cytometry(P<0.05, n=3),and also shown significate rise of the apoptotic rate of BCRP expression cells after treated with Ko143 (P<0.05, n=3). Every group of cells could be different extently blocked in phase of G0/G1 treated with 5-fluorouracil. CONCLUSION Resistance of 5-fluorouracil could be especially mediated by conjugated with BCRP and acted as drug exclude-pump substrate. Cellular ability resistant to 5-fluorouracil-induced apoptosis could be reinforced by BCRP expression. 相似文献

both) than in non-obese. Mechanism of resistance in insulin receptor interactions due to obesity is well known. However, obesity
does not seem to affect directly glycosylated haemoglobin. Under such circumstances, the reduction of weight for a diabetic

Americanisation,sovietisation, and resistance at Kabul University: limits of the educational reforms

The paper compares the American and Soviet transformations at Kabul University, Afghanistan, during the 1960s to the 1980s explained in terms of Americanisation and Sovietisation. Using new declassified documents from both American and former Soviet archives, the author reveals that both powers attempted to impose their rival models of university education in Afghanistan. However, resistance on the part of the Afghan university undermined both of their cultural influences, thus causing their policies of reform to eventually fail. The case of Kabul University demonstrates the inability of the superpowers to encourage the formation of pliable students and professors. Despite crucial transformations in the structure, administration apparatus, and content of disciplines, both superpowers were not able to change the traditions and values of professors and students. How might English classrooms be spaces where Muslim students are empowered to recognise and resist Islamophobia? This qualitative study draws on theories of critical consciousness and Islamophobia to show how Bassim, a Muslim student, makes sense of Islamophobic encounters through the poetic and analytic writing he creates in his public high school English classroom. When examined intertextually, Bassim’s words offer a glimpse of what Islamophobic experiences are like for some contemporary Muslim students. The findings suggest that through his English class, Bassim is able to use poetic and analytic writing as the means by which he recognises and resists Islamophobia. Further, this study indicates that more work should take up the implications of students’ religious beliefs and the ways those beliefs shape their writing – particularly when they are members of a marginalised religion. 相似文献
